I am a Colorado native residing in Longmont with my husband, three dogs, and a cat.

My hobbies include reading, home projects, hiking, photography, and travel. I am a crazy dog lover and volunteer with multiple rescues.

I have worked in private practice with teens and adults, and as a high school intervention and prevention counselor with teenagers handling a variety of social-emotional struggles.

I am also a certified yoga instructor.
